Sue’s Swirly Sandwiches is one of many small- to medium-batch businesses operating out of Counter Space Community Kitchen, a commercially licensed kitchen, at 15 St. Anne’s Road in Winnipeg, Canada, where Sue makes everything with help from part-time staff.

Sandwiches are made on freshly baked bread. Fillings are made in-house using local ingredients when possible.
Orders of less than 3 dozen are packaged as cut rolls ready to plate. Larger orders are cut and arranged on trays unless otherwise requested.
Other event platters available are veggies & dip, fruit & dip, cheese & pickles, and spinach dip & pumpernickel. Dainties, curated from the many bakers that also operate out of Counter Space Community Kitchen, can be ordered through Sue’s Swirly Sandwichse.
Fancy sandwiches are great for all occasions; from meetings and showers, to school lunches and family get-togethers. Bring a tray to your next event, or enjoy them at home!
Smaller orders (5 dozen or less) generally require at least 3 days’ notice, based on availability. 4 to 5 weeks’ notice is best for larger orders, based on availability.
